Rotational
& Dip Moulding Vitaplas® PVC plastisols for the moulding industry are easily processed to give flexible or rigid products which are good electrical insulators, have good abrasion resistance, good chemical resistance and provide an effective barrier to corrosion. The plastisols vary in viscosity from mobile to viscous liquids. When gelled (fused) by simple heat treatment they are converted into solids which vary from soft and very flexible (Shore A Hardness: 30) to rigid (Shore A Hardness: 100). They are tough and durable, waterproof, virtually odourless and do not discolour. Vitaplas® PVC plastisols can also be supplied for coatings which are to be exposed to low temperature conditions. Various finishes are available from high gloss, matt, textured to high clarity crystal, and can be colour matched to meet individual customer requirements.
