Blowing Agent Dispersions
Vita Liquid Polymers has a wealth of technical knowledge of the blowing agent industry gained over many years producing dispersions for the manufacture of high quality blown vinyl wallcovering pastes. Azodicarbonamide damped in plasticizer is increasingly used by companies manufacturing blown plastisols for health and safety reasons. Our specially constructed mixing facility removes the health risks normally involved when producing these products.

Customised dispersions are also available to meet individual requirements. A particle size distribution specification may be agreed upon request.

Wallcoverings: All of our dispersions are suitable for producing blown vinyls for use with the finest of rotary screens. Inhibitor plastisols or lacquers are sometimes over printed in these applications and we have carefully selected a dispersant which does not interfere with these processes.

PVC Flooring: All of the above grades are suitable in this application.

PVC Leather Cloth and Unsupported Expanded Vinyl (UEV): Used mainly in the automotive industry for the manufacture of vacuum formed interior door panels, facias and seating. Because of the low fogging requirements of the automotive industry DISP.3748B and DISP.3761B are recommended.

Other dispersions used in plastisols: Inhibitor Dispersions - These are used predominantly by the Wallcovering industry to provide design definition by suppressing blow.

Titanium Dioxide Dispersions: White pigment available in pre-dispersed form.
